Welcome to Creekside Photography & Design!
Creekside Photography and Design was created by myself, Kaylee Young. Creekside was established in 2023 as an outlet to showcase my passion for the agriculture industry. I created Creekside to capture the most important moments inside and out of the show ring. Capturing Livestock, Portrait, and Lifestyle through the lens of my camera. Shortly after the publication of Creekside Photography, I decided to add digital content and marketing to the brand. With the addition of these two things, Creekside Photography & Design was born, ensuring that I reached all areas of agriculture.
I am a graduate from Des Moines Area Community College with an Associates Degree in Agribusiness and certifications in Animal Science and Agronomy. I currently am a student at Iowa State University, where I am pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Studies, with focus areas of Agribusiness, Ag Communications, & Event Management.
Growing up surrounded by the smell of fresh-cut hay, the sound of grain being harvested, and the wide-open fields, I learned to appreciate the simple yet powerful moments that define life in the heartland. These are the memories we hold onto, and they inspire my work behind the camera.
Whether I'm capturing the joy of a wedding, the excitement of a livestock show, or the milestone of senior photos, I strive to create images that tell your unique story. My goal is to preserve the feelings and moments you’ll want to remember, from the beauty of everyday life to the celebrations that matter most.
When I'm not photographing, you’ll likely find me working with animals, enjoying time with family, or embracing the great outdoors. For me, photography is about more than just pictures—it's about helping you remember the moments that mean the most.
